How to make the Alpha World more realistic .

if you feel that the alpha world is all just a mental image it's nit really there , you could try to train to have a eidetic of photographic memory to visualize the real world in the Alpha-world.

To do so you would need to be able to have a fit brain to remember several images in a view at one it's like seeing a house look at all the details the windows and the marks on them the cars number plate the house structure . Also if you only see it from one angle try to visualize what the rest of the building looks like, but be logical because a white building probably won't be pink on the other side so think realistically .
