In the Alpha World to be completely emerged you should have a basic understanding of psychology and some aspects of the mind .  These are some steps to improve the experience .

1 . Try to block out everything in the real world.

2 . Try different settings or environments  like minecraft or the simpsons .

3 . Try to plan where your going to go and focus on that thought .

4 . Always write  what you done down to keep track .

5 . Don't become too addicted to being in this psychological state or the REAL world will not have as much importance to you as the Alpha-World.
